There was nothing about this property that would make me stay there again! Requested a high floor, quiet room and instead got a first-floor with a herd of elephants right above us. Room was clean enough (what COULD be cleaned, but so, so dated. Curtains were shredded and filthy, furniture was nicked up, plumbing fixtures were loose, toilet ran constantly, electrical outlets have GOT to be a fire hazard, door hooks loose, closet door does not close due to poor design. No housekeeping for short stays, but that was fine, if off-putting. The coup de grace was when we brought lunch in and wanted to eat at a lobby table and were told it was "closed" to guests! We were reduced to sitting on the beds in our less than comfortable room to eat. What the actual....I've NEVER seen that before in all my travels! Also, the pool are had no towels, even as we were assured by front desk staff it did. I fault the management for not wanting to invest in furniture, fixtures and textiles and enough staff to make guests feel welcome. Never again!

When we first got there the staff was very nice. When booking it didn’t state that there would be a hold fee so I didn’t expect that. It wasn’t much just $50 but I think that should be disclosed before booking. Just as a heads up. we went to our room and I noticed it smelled like smoke. I went to the front desk to let her know and she instantly gave me a different room. Which did not smell. I appreciated that with having 3 young kids with me. It was quiet and the pool area was nice and warm instead of freezing , which the kids appreciated. It’s a 2 minute drive to some decent restaurants. Overall it was a good stay.

I like to bring my children here to swim, especially in the winter months when it’s cold outside. We have a good time swimming, the property is clean, and they don’t complain too much. Overall, it’s a pretty good place.
