First time in Bolivar, MO
This hotel was close to family we were visiting in Bolivar so very convenient. It was also close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Everything from the time we checked in to check out was absolutely amazing. The lady that checked us in on Friday night was so friendly! The pool, room, hallways, eating area and outside we're very clean and very well lit. We will definitely be back when visiting out daughter at SBU.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious room. Surprised to see a travel size name brand shampoo & conditioner, as well as a full size bar of Dove brand soap. Very friendly staff, quiet and not a half bad breakfast! Will definitely stay again!

Hotels .com customer service did nit follow throug
The hotel was wonderful very helpful in the wake of Hotels.com incompetence not completeing my reservation properly and almost leaving me without a room. It took me 2 hours to get through and finished with my reservation This was supposed to be completed 3 weeks earlier and received confirmation from you that everything was in order, obviously it was not. Thank goodness Best Western in Bolivar brought it to my attention with a call but is was too late and we were 30 miles away from hotel on a family outing. We wasted precious time from my family that is VERY frustrating to say the least. I really think in the future I will call and make reservation directly with hotel cause then i will have correct information. They took pitty on the situation and didn't charge me an outrageous price to keep my same room. Very bad service initially from Hotels.com.
