First of all there were no signage of the property name . We couldn’t find the place. We had to ask around . We came later than checking time because we were on route via flight to Bologna. When we finally found the address/location, I called designated number to let them know we are at the front door. Unbeknownst to us, they said they were trying to get a hold of us and we “were not cooperating or assist them with the call”. So they cancelled our reservation and we had to find another hotel. I looked for all communications logs, emails, miss calls and I see nothing coming from them. I texted them for a refund and mo response back.

I know that my booking was short notice in that it was same day (I booked around 9am for a 5pm arrival) but I received no information about checkin despite emailing, calling and texting. I simply received no reply, no information at all. I have requested a refund which I hope will be honored since I was forced to make another booking.
