The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The shower head holder was broken this was reported to staff but it was not fixed for our stay. The breakfast was not worth 8 euros. It was a choice of cold bacon and cold scrambled eggs. Toast. A cold boiled egg.The coffee machine was broken. Plus a continental breakfast. As you walk into the hotel it is very dark wood as it is a retro hotel but looks very old. There is no evening meal availability as the restaurant is closed.

Lovely hotel and great sized rooms. Quite a walk from central Bologna, around 30 minutes but it is an easy route to take. Good transport connections outside the property.

We had a lovely room with a balcony. It was really more of a suite and suited our group of three singles traveling together. Our room was large, with plenty of space to spread out. The staff was great.

Esperienza da non ripetere
Hotel recentemente riaperto dopo una lunga chiusura. Pensavo fosse stato ristrutturato e invece è ancora tale e quale era negli anni Settanta e Ottanta. Pulizia nella media. Per spegnere la luce in camera ho dovuto staccare completamente il "quadro", quando ho fatto presente il problema mi è stato risposto che non potevano farci niente e che non avrebbero potuto cambiarmi camera in quanto l'hotel era al completo. Ciò che mi ha infastidito di più è stato il fatto che lo staff era al corrente del problema e nonostante questo la camera mi è stata assegnata senza controllarla. Esperienza da non ripetere.

El hotel no corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrella. Yo le daría 2 ó 3, el piso de la habitación está en muy malas condiciones necesita urgentemente mantenimiento. El desayuno es regular.

Camera maleodorante. La puzza di fumo era quella tipica dei luoghi in cui si fuma sempre e l’aria non viene cambiata mai. Un pelo presumibilmente pubico sul cuscino. Macchie di pipì sul bidet. Peli sul piatto della doccia. Cenere sui comodini. Pulizia praticamente assente. Mobilio molto vecchio. Posti così devono chiudere.

Es war die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. Die Dusche im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Der Lift von der Garage in die Lobby/Zimmer finkionierte nicht. Die Toilette in der Lobby durfte man nicht benutzen. Als wir uns beschwerten, sagte uns der Herr an der Reception nur sorry, und dass er nicht zuständig sei dafür. Er zeigte sich nicht kooperativ, uns etwas entgegenzukommen. Dass für ein 4-Stern Hotel kein Safe im Zimmer war und die Bar leer war, ist fragwürdig. Neben dem Hotel befand sich eine riesengrosse Baustelle, die wohl noch etlige Monate in Anspruch nehmen wird. Man konnte aus diesem Grund die Strasse nicht überqueren, weder mit dem Auto noch zu Fuss. Dies alles sollte auch im Preis von Hotels.com im Preis berücksichtigt werden.

La habitación es amplia y el desayuno no está mal, pero todo demasiado antiguo, no tenían mis datos a la llegada, con lo cual la habitación no estaba del todo preparada. Se suponía que el desayuno estaba incluido y me dijeron que no, tuve que pagarlo aparte. Un poco retirado del centro.
