This place was so spacious and conveniently located right in the heart of Balogna, walking distance to everything. The artwork and decor is fabulous and the room accommodations were everything we needed. We did have a little issue with our ac not being on but my daughter was able to get on a chair and turn it on. Shower was nice and hot, loved all the mirrors and outlets. Had a mini fridge and coffee station which was great although I couldn’t figure out how to make it work (my daughter made one and it worked but then it wouldn’t make a second one so I’m not sure what was happening but it’s all good. Espressos are accessible all over the city for cheap so it was no big deal. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattress. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was a lovely modern conversion of an old building really nicely appointed. Slightly unfortunate that the only natural light was from skylights, there were no windows to look out of or to open. The staff were wonderful and their communication (via whatsapp) was excellent. I'd stay there again

Nice location, clean room, quite neighbourhood. However, the property was converted from a house with no means of sound isolation. The person lived upstairs had been actively jogging in the room until 1:30am and started again at 7am. You can literally feel the vibration from the ceiling. A bad night sleep, anyone choice this property will hope the person lives upstairs actually sleeps.

Fantastic check in with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room in a beautiful old building with a modern twist. Great location, a few minutes walk from the old town. Comfortable bed, effective air conditioning. Shared kitchen area was a bonus. Sound travelled from top floor rooms - not a problem for our stay but could be a concern for some.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is down a quiet side street, but right in the heart of Bologna and a 2 miniwalk to Piazza Maggiore. We arrived around 2 pm and our room was ready so we could check in early. The woman on reception was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The room was large and clean with everything you need. The only tiny negatives were the shower was a bit erratic and the walls were thin, but overall this hotel is absolutely great.

Excellent Location!
The hotel is located in the best position right in the old town of Bologna, but still in a quiet residential street. As the building is heritage listed, they are unable to do anything about sound proofing the rooms so there is a lot of foot fall, creaking floor boards and noise transfer from room to room. The team at the hotel were very, very helpful and always extremely friendly, willing to help where possible. You can choose how often you would like your room cleaned, it is a very clean hotel. The other great idea is the open, shared kitchen space on the first floor, where you can heat up food, make tea & coffee and sit in another area rather than your room. Overall is it a lovely property and run very well.

Two nights was hardly enough to enjoy beautiful Bologna. This location is perfect. All the main things are very close. The service was excellent. No complains at all. I would totally stay here again. And will visit Bologna again.

Fab place!
Great accommodation with good facilities (including a shared kitchen and small seating area) and in a brilliant location too - about a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Quick stay in Bologna
The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and in a fun neighborhood. We only had a quick stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We were able to walk to and from the main train station in 15 mins.

To begin, this is not a hotel or inn. It is more of an Airbnb without the kitchen inside. We did get there earl with car and bags. No one answered door.They are very clear they open at 3, but we were hoping to put our suitcases in and go. The Receptionist did respond through Whats App. Luckily we use that. She was on her way. She was kind and very helpful. She even got us in our room earlier. The facility is artsy and interesting. You must have your own combo to enter. Parking is a 15 min walk. You cannot drop or roll bags to this place. Do not bring your car. Do not bring big luggage. We are gone for weeks, so this is what we had. Finally, no internet. Not great and it was never fixed. We needed to check back at home. Cranking your own wheel is how this place works. Not a hotel with major reception. And way too much to figure out on our own. Again, we used an app for that part too and we are in our 50’s. Room was bare but fine.

Great location à few minutes from all the main attractions. Nice little balcony and overall quality place. Reception was excellent and very helpful.
