No proper air conditioning, poor lighting in hallways, the bathroom and toilet were in a terrible condition. Shower cabin had no door and water splashed everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water. Curtains and blinds were missing and the light was on the entire night and there wasn’t much privacy due to missing curtains. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very cold in the early morning. The twin beds were not the standard twin mattress and it seemed like it was for small children. We stayed there for three days and no one came for housekeeping. The shampoo and soap weren’t provided enough for 2 people. The staff barely knew english.

Otelin yeri güzel otopark i olması güzel kahvaltı ve resepsiyon karşılaması güzel. Fakat temizlik çok kötü banyo giderlerinin kapakları yok tuvalet kağıdı asacak yer yok odaya ilk girdiğimizde sigara kokusundan nefes alamadık camı açıp odayı havalandırmak zorunda kaldık

Güzel Bir Konaklama
Ailemle tek gece kaldık. Konum olarak gayet güzel bir yerdeydi. Valilik, belediye gibi yerlere yakındı. Etrafında alışveriş yapılabilecek yerler çoktu. Kısacası Bolu'nun en merkezî yerindeydi. Araç park yeri mevcuttu. Çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı açık menü ve yeterliydi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Está bien para estancia de una noche. Buena ubicación y dispone de parquing privado. La atención al cliente es suficiente. Estabamos en una habitación de no fumadores pero olía muy mal (a humo de tabaco) y la moqueta no estaba limpia.
