Just what we needed
Absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be staying here again. I don’t know her name but the young lady that works in the office was so nice and friendly when we checked in and out. I couldn’t get over the view of the lake from the room. The star gazing was fantastic at night!

Nice rooms but zero sound insulation
The interiors are decent with the renovations. The problem is that there is zero sounds insulations in any of the walls. You can hear everyone around you, people beside you and below you. People and squirrels outside. When someone flushes at night the pipes are LOUD and it wakes everyone up. We just couldn’t sleep. Also the beds springs are creaky. If you sleep like a log you may like the rooms. If you are average sleeper or light sleeper you’re going to be up all night.

Absolutely loved the place. The views are beautiful and the property has everything you need. Everyone we interacted with was great. Be sure to grab a snack from the comp breakfast. Breakfast options are small in the town.

Wish we could have spent more time on the property as we were only here for one night! I’d love to come back. The room was modern and spacious, and upon check in, they shared that we had been upgraded at no additional cost to a room with a lake view! This included a shared balcony with seating. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice temperature. The tap room was also delicious and had a good variety on the menu with nice service. Would have loved to have gotten to check out some more of their amenities. Nice drive from Burlington to get here too.

Was a nice place to stay. Even though it was on a major road it was quiet because it's a very rural spot. Places to eat were on premises and close by! Be aware you must do stairs with your luggage if they put you on the 2nd floor. Loved the lake and fire pits!
