GREAT LOCATION for those who LOVE the beach! The condo is located directly across the street from miles of white, sandy beaches, famous Doc's Beach House where guests can rent beach equipment including Jet Skis and arrange for parasailing. 1.5 miles from Barefoot Beach, and 8 miles from Lover's Key. Newly updated and redecorated. NEW furniture, NEW smart TV, NEW living room furniture to include a tempur- pedic queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a NEW table, NEW Circulon Premier Professional 13-piece Hard Anodized Cookware Set, NEW knife block and all NEW small appliances, and many other extras. The bedroom has a NEW king size bedroom set and furniture. This unit has a screen-closed balcony that faces the pool. We are a kid-friendly condo with Winnie the Pooh Inflatable baby Bathtub, board games, puzzles, books, and a bubble bath. The Bonita Beach and Tennis Club resort amenities facility include 5 outdoor grilling stations, ten har-tru tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, shuttle board, and basketball. Two large heated swimming pools and a children pool. Their Amenities include a beauty salon and a restaurant. Although Bonita Springs was once a sleepy fishing village is now home to superb restaurants - sidewalk cafes - and beachfront Tiki Huts -and all are within easy reach. Guests can find museums - entertainment venues – many golf courses, and superb shopping in nearby upscale Naples or Miromar outlet mall. There are many local activities that you can enjoy, Such as Deep Sea Fishing. An experienced expert Fishing Captain operates this Deep Sea Fishing experience. This excursion is a Full-Service it includes all the fishing equipment, bait, and license. It is a 4.5 hours experience, 2 - 2.5 hours of fishing and 2 hours to travel there and back. Upon arrival at​ the destination they will get you started; if you need help reeling in your catch or putting bait on the hook. They will clean, ice, and bag your catch so you can enjoy the fresh flavors of the gulf at home, or you will have the option to have Riverwalk Restaurant and Pincher’s Crab Shack, located in Tin City to prepare your catch with a couple of sides for a small fee. By the Beach
Great condo with screens you can open to get a fresh breeze blowing through! They provided so many great extras like games and puzzles, that we used on the one rainy day. You also can't beat the location, as you're a short walk across to the beach, and with the provided beach gear, no worries! Lots of good restaurants within walking distance too! My family of four, two small children, were very comfortable in this condo on the 3rd floor.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beachy decorated and clean, with just a very short walk to the beach, across street. The condo had everything we needed for our day at the beach. It was so nice to not have to worry about the extras cause it was already there. We had a little hiccup checking in but the owners are very quick to respond. My check in information was in my span folder. So I had to reach out they my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend you staying here. They have you covered! I'm hoping to be back! Local restaurants are great. We had Docs after jet skiing, Melissa Ice cream so good, Mel's diner great food and Bloody Mary's, Leonies pizza. With a short drive up 41 to Fort Myers night life. I guarantee your gonna love it here. I also enjoyed reading from the guest book about everyone's adventures and great recommendations! Great time had by all.

Wonderful Stay
I was looking for a place to stay with a pool, access to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. This place was perfect. Things specific to the unit: It’s beautifully decorated, SO CLEAN, has everything you need for the beach and everything else. There are sunrise views from the lanai, and it’s the perfect location if you plan to use the pool. Things I liked about the condo complex: 5 minutes to the beach, grounds are well maintained, pools are new and clean, walking distance to restaurants and water sports rentals. We ate at Coconut Jacks, Doc’s, Sweet Melissa’s (that was a bit of a walk) and we parasailed with Bonita Parasailing. We did a grocery order delivery from Publix and got a cab from the airport. We didn’t need to rent a car. We stayed a week and it was sooo relaxing.

Everything you need for a beach vacation
The welcome packet from the owners was great for helping us get up and running. We had a lovely time. The pool was steps away and great for the kids and the beach was just a short walk. We also had our bikes with us and explored Lovers Key as well as Barefoot Beach preserve. I highly recommend Barefoot Beach preserve. We walked down towards the end and pretty much had a private beach. We enjoyed looking for neat shells and the lack of crowds. Coconut Jacks was a great spot for dinner within walking distance and Sweet Melissa’s had great ice cream. Highly recommend this property and Bonita Beach!!

Great for what we wanted!
Overall, this was a great a place to stay for the price. It was clean and a great location. Greg and Mari were very friendly. Only problem we had was trouble with internet/wifi in order to connect to Netflix/Hulu... we ended up just using our hot spot. Also don't forget to bring quarters for the laundry required to do as part of the check out requirements... there is no where to get quarters very close (to my knowledge). Would stay here again!

My daughter and I wanted a quiet refuge close to the beach. The condo was clean and offered close proximity to the beach. There were great options for beach chairs, towels, etc. These were a great few days for us.

Beautiful condo, fully equipped. Great locations, across street from beach, nice restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the pool & tennis courts. Very quiet property, no problem getting a chair at pool. Phil, the tennis pro was very helpful setting up tennis matches. Appreciated having beach towels, coolers & beach chairs, umbrella. Easy check in & out. Nicely decorated condo, nice screened in patio with view of pool & tennis courts. Comfortable bed & pillows.

Great location, property, and well stocked kitchen.
We had a wonderful time here. We walked across the street to the beach, used the pool, used the tennis courts. The studio is just perfect for two people - and we enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony. The only concern was lock code kept changing on us, it wasn't too big of a deal because they always answered the phone and fixed it quickly. That said, if you find yourself at the door and unable to get in, don't stress about it - it probably isn't you - just call the owner.

We used this property as a base from which to better understand what it might be like to live in the area. It was easily accessible and walking distance to beach. The kitchen was well equipped and overall exceeded expectations. Only surprise was I didn’t realize it was part of a large complex of high rises.
