We checked in and our room key didn’t work. The hotel site said free breakfast but there was no breakfast. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

The automated check in process is not easy or an improvement. The key producer was broken and was an issue in getting a key for the room. With no front desk no answers were able to be answered. As such thought the change a poor experience.

Somewhat Disappointing
We were disappointed this time. My wife requires a cane for stability so we have a handicapped placard. We then park on the side where the handicapped spaces are. But there was always a bicycle in the way. Federal law states that the area from the parking space to the door must be clear of obstacles. We told the 'Video Clerk' when we checked in and said he would contact someone. He may have but even when we checked out the bicycle was still in the same spot we reported the day before. We may need to rethink of where we stay in Bonita Springs if lack of this type of detail continues.

This is the first time since pre-covid that we took a trip to Bonita Springs. We couldn't ask for anything better. We were really impressed with the staff, the easy check in & check out, and everything about the hotel.
