A pousada é bem nova, achei a limpeza boa. Os funcionários foram solícitos, não tive problema com o serviço. A localização também é boa, tem um mercadinho bem perto. Da pra ir a pé para a área mais movimentada da cidade, embora tenhamos usado o carro pra ir jantar, pois estávamos com carro alugado e é bem tranquilo de achar vaga. O que me incomodou um pouco é o fato da janela ficar para a circulação (isso não acontece nos quartos com piscina no balcão) então você perde privacidade se ficar com as cortinas abertas, e tem que ligar as luzes durante o dia. Mas como ficamos praticamente o dia todo fora, não chegou a ser uma questão, até porque foi um ótimo custo benefício.

A pousada é nova, bem organizada e limpa. Os quartos são novos e a cama muito boa. O banheiro é amplo e o chuveiro muito bom (ressalva abaixo). O café da manhã é excelente. O atendimento é perfeito, todos muito simpáticos. A Agencia de Turismo XP: o pessoal é competente e atendem superbem. Recomendo. Recomendo e voltarei. Ressalvas sobre a estadia: - Banheiro: há o retorno do cheiro do esgoto e isso causa um desconforto par ficar no quarto (pelo menos para mim e no quarto que fiquei - ap. 21) Sugestão: O café da manhã nos fins de semana e períodos de eventos (ex. Festival de Inverno) poderia se estender até às 10h

Precisa muitas melhorias.
A pousada é nova, recém inaugurada. Talvez por isso alguns problemas de estrutura e atendimento ainda prejudicam as avaliações dos hospedes. Por exemplo: duas baratas mortas na frente do nosso quarto, o café servido era muito ruim, gosto de queimado (baixa qualidade talvez), o quarto era grande, com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas a distribuição interna era ruim e prejudica a circulação. O quarto fica bem na entrada da pousada então tem muito barulho dos hospedes que entram. A janela do quarto fica voltada para o corredor, e sem vedação de som. Alem disso, as luzes do corredor acesas a noite incomodam bastante e nao tem cortinas boas para tampar a claridade. Nao tem recepcionista a noite, e a porta lateral da pousada fica totalmente aberta, trazendo total insegurança dentro da pousada pois qualquer pessoa pode entrar. Além disso, achei muito deselegante que recebi uma mensagem da pousada no dia anterior alertando sobre o checkout no dia seguinte, às 11h. Depois, outra mensagem na parte da manha e o funcionario bateu na porta do quarto as 11:20 avisando que tinhamos que deixar o quarto pois ja estavamos atrasados para o checkout. Na verdade ja estavamos mesmo de saida, mas achei desnecessario tanta insistencia para deixar a pousada.
