the receptionist spent a lot of time back and forth between computers neither of them were working. She put me in a room that was already occupied had to go back down and start again was not impressed, when I did get a room went out when I came back card did not work so back down I went.

This property is showing its age and wear. Furniture is broken down and peeling, damaged. Carpets dirty. It really really needs a reno. Included breakfast is not great. But: staff are trying very hard. Beds are clean and comfortable. And kudos for being one of a few remaining hotels/motels who have smoking rooms for the sinners.

If you book a certain type of room you should get that room... the staff tried to upsell me to a suite when all i wanted was a non smoking room... I ended up in a smoking room.

Hotel: Please fix the elevator it needs service. Room: The door to the room we had was broken. We had to get roughly 15 cards to open our room in a matter of 2 nights. Our room was not clean when it was remade for the day and nothing was restocked. Food: The hard boiled eggs we’re blue when we tried to eat them. Seemed to be days old.

after a long day went to our room to go to sleep. pulled out the pull out couch for our son and noticed not a sheet or pillow anywhere, called front desk, no answer slept 3 in a bed for the night

We had to wait for 10 minutes before someone actually came to the front desk to check in & it took me calling the hotel for them to come to the front desk, and they said they were cleaning rooms when they answered. I think there was seriously only one person working in the whole hotel!
