We stayed here after reading the reviews of how clean it was. I agree....the room was very clean! Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again! The only thing I would change, is we wished the bathroom had an exhaust fan.
The two bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. It was also very clean! We had a wonderful stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Did not like the suite as it was sparse, dank and located behind the main building almost like two small cabins with a common walkway off a gravel driveway. The manager was very gracious, we discussed our options and she showed us another room that we took. It was adequate but with a very noisy heater. Location was good ! One issue was that for the suite there was only one picture shown for this room and it focused only on the bed. It didn’t reflect the baroness of that room. We did find out that the property was recently sold and they are in the process renovating the property.

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was okay and clean. But for the money we paid it wasn't as good as I expected. The sheets were well worn and not soft. The maid came in without knocking first. The pillows were not comfortable. The bathtub would not stop up and I couldn't take a bath. The checkin and out was good. The TV was excellent.
We had a great stay. We spent a day snow tubing and this hotel was the perfect spot. Close to dining and small shops were within walking distance.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
I was a little disappointed in my stay here. The location is cute and the outside is very well kept, but my room was in poor shape. I went up to the area to try and stimulate the economy after the hurricane and so I am giving this property, some grace, however, the issues I had with my room were clearly ones that preceded Helene. The biggest issue I had was the carpet. I don’t have any other word but gross. There was clearly long-term wear to the point that it was rippled and very dirty. I had to call for an additional roll of toilet paper because all I had was an almost empty roll and no spare. The heater was efficient, but located underneath a window with a very long curtain and so when you turn it on the heat goes under the curtain and not in the room. It would’ve been nice if the hotel had provided away to secure the curtain since I was there in the winter and it was quite chilly. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a TV that allowed me to log into my own streaming services with the security of knowing it was gonna log me out when I checked out. Additionally, the location is lovely. I was able to walk a short, walk up the hill and be downtown to experience the restaurants and shops.
