It was close to downtown Boone and was perfect for a few nights stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of room.

We were on the highway side of the motel with noisly traffic. The room was clean and the heat easy to control and quiet. Breakfast was limited but good. Would stay again. For some reason, I was charged $5.00 more than the quoted price.

Front side of property is loud from traffic; sounds like windows are open when they are shut. Parking lot completely full especially with work trucks and semis taking up multiple spaces. People are forced to park in firelanes. Checked in, but my jacuzzi room was "unavailable". They gave me a non jacuzzi room but charged me the same price. The door to this room would not open. Front desk gave me new keys, tried them but door still stuck shut, lock functioned but door physically would bot open, back to front desk where i was given a disability accessible room on the front side of the building. Hard to sleep due to traffic outside and thin walls and ceilings so you can hear work crews up late and getting up super early. Not great experience.

The room was DIRTY. Mold in shower and bathroom, ants on dressers, burned out lights, dirty socks from a previous visitor and the carpet was filthy. It obviously hasnt been deep cleaned in a very long time.

This property has become our go to place to stay in the Boone, NC area as this was our 6th visit in the past 2 years. The property is well maintained no matter what season of the year ( have stayed there with snow and ice). The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The room was dirty the sheets had food caked to it! The desk clerk was rude! The staff refused to do anything all they would say is “oh you booked though a third party there’s nothing we can do!

Close parking and easy to get to rooms as they have elevator. Continental breakfast was very nice. Very convenient to highways and gas stations. All around a good place to stay and the prices were reasonable.

Pleased to have been able to book online-- it was at full capacity for the evening. Not pleased by no hair dryer in the room-- called for one and was offered additional towels. Mentioned lack on check out, and desk associate showed me multiple new-in-box hairdryers stored in the cabinet directly behind the front desk-- pretty peeved.

Maintenance man tried to come in the room while two young (25 yr olds) females were asleep. Toilet wouldn’t work and no one cared or let us know when maintenance was coming. Stains on the floor, smell of mold in the room, had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to check in because no one was prepared. Staff was rude and we were locked out of our room on a 2 night stay. We ended up leaving and moving to another hotel it was so bad.

Check in was incredibly fast and easy. The staff was super friendly and nice. The bed linens and bathroom linens were spotless, super white and fresh! I only had two issues: 1. There was a strong smell of a cleaner or air freshener in the room and 2. The grout in the bath tub was a little dirty. Neither of these issues would cause me to not stay again. We had a great stay. Staff was remarkable!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, hiwever the commode either would not flush or it ran all the time or flushed on its own. View from room wasnt what we expected, all we saw was rooftop of building so we kept curtains pulled the entire time. Pool was nit in service abd we had no idea until last night there that facility next door was affiliated with hotel we were staying in and that we could have used that pool. Found a used washed cloth from prior visitor hanging on shower curtain. AC stopped working the first night we were in room and had to place it on heat so it would start back cooling. Had to ask for new batteries in the tv remote. Was tild at check out that we were supposed to have been moved to a different room and never got that information until we were leaving.
