Mountain home away from home
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful cabin September 14-21 and had a wonderful visit! The cabin was decorated tastefully and was well equipped. All linens were supplied and the kitchen was nicely appointed, very much appreciated as we love to cook. The cabin is a short drive to the blue ridge parkway, which we explored all week. Mt Mitchell, Linville falls, multiple water fall are all an easy drive. We loved our time at the cabin and look forward to returning soon.

They need to tell people only one sofa bed can be used. We had no internet for 2 of the 4 days there. We had no TV for three of the 4 days there. The owner did work at getting things fixed. I think he was frustrated with us, but it was not our fault.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was very clean and in a quiet area which was relaxing at the end of exhausting days out and about. Mike, the host, contacted me several hours before our check-in just to welcome us and give a few pointers regarding the property. Will definitely book again!

We've stayed 2 times at the beautiful cabin in Linneville NC. nothing but class for the owners. Its close to everything the Linneville falls, Banner Elk, Boone. very quiet area and extremely safe. Will stay again in the future.

Amazing Stay
We really loved our stay at the property. It was quite, tranquil, and has a very relaxing vibe. It's close to a lot of other areas (Sugar Mountain, Boone, etc). The only thing I will caution is 100% make sure you have a AWD or 4x4 in the winter.

High Country Log Cabin, great location
Great location, easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 minutes drive to Banner Elk and short drives to both Boone and Blowing Rock. It was only a short 5 min drive to the Lowe’s grocery off of 105, great store had everything including gourmet choices. The cabin was newer and very comfortable especially the beds. Beautiful location in the woods. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had a variety of condiments if needed. The coffee left in the fridge was a convenient touch. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come by.

A real log cabin
We had a great stay in this beautiful cabin, and would definitely stay again. It has a nice sitting area, well appointed kitchen and baths, and comfortable beds. It is a short drive to many things to see and do along the Blue Ridge Parkway. My only tiny suggestions would be more hooks in the bathroom for towels, and better lighting over the table for board games (for our old eyes).

Great weekend getaway home
Pictures are accurate, the house (cabin) is beautiful, huge wrap around porch, loft bedroom is perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with NICE dishes, utensils, and tools.
