I traveled from Florida to this property and definitely should have chose one of the many other options. First day of arrival and we go to pull out of their parking lot and their curbside is completely destroyed and is very dangerous for anyone that isn’t from the area or doesn’t see these instances on a regular. So being no indications, no warnings, no signs, no cation cones… etc, our back right tire went straight into it while pulling out and destroyed our tire. $190.00 fix. Told property management, supposedly spoke to owner and offered to make up half the cost, but in my view, they are solely responsible. We got excuse after excuse like oh, we should just call insurance to cover it and raise our premiums, it’s the D.O.T.s fault that they didn’t automatically show up to fix their problems without even knowing about it, etc.. so I ended up paying almost double for my stay just for that alone and still have not received any resolution. Also, property has NO VIEWS whatsoever and shampoos, conditioners, body washes were all emptied, such small rooms, micro bathrooms, strange setup, uncomfortable beds, sticky floors, gym is a sauna it’s so hot. We were there for 2 nights. The tire incident happened on the first. When we checked out, there was still not even a cation cone next to the scene to prevent more people from driving into it. When I asked staff about it, they say it’s been a huge problem, all sorts of people hit it, and even staff hit it regularly. How is this acceptable

I was told that I could only park one car and the other would have to be parked down the road at the overflow lot. My family was on the way to a car event, driving two valuable cars. We are grateful that they did allow us to purchase another parking pass. My only complaint is that it should be clearer that they have limited parking on the listings. We absolutely could not risk leaving the cars unattended and would have had to find another hotel had they not been accommodating. Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay.

Very clean and well kept overall. Breakfast was great with lots of options although we only had the coffee and cereal. The room was modern and very nice with a nice touch...having a backlit picture of the mountains above our beds giving a "lodge" feel. Overall, a premium experience at a reasonable price.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in the past two months and we love it! The rooms are updated, very comfortable, and clean. The staff, specifically in the breakfast area, are very attentive, always ensuring the food is replenished. The only thing that would make this hotel better is a bar but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m sure we’ll stay here again.
