Our room was a dump. It felt like a furnished basement. The bathroom resembled a hospital bathroom.This hotel has all the charm of chewing on tin foil.

We absolutely loved Boothbay Inn. It was the perfect hotel for a quick walk to the shops and restaurants in Boothbay. It is not new, but it is clean and quaint. We will stay again if we are back in this area. Highly recommend.

We loved the location and view. Located across the harbor from the town but there is a wonderful pedestrian bridge that connects to town. The room was fine, no issues. Would stay there again.

The Boothbay Harbor Inn is in a great location. There is a short pedestrian bridge to reach the local shopping and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing. A deck outside the room would be a lovely place to sit during the summer months. We did not need to drive to reach the local area.

This hotel was clean, but in every other respect, it was a dump. The room was dowdy and depressing - not a single piece of artwork on the walls. Our room also had drop-ceilings and exposed pipes. The bathroom was reminiscent of a hospital room bathroom. My room was more than $200 per night, off-season, and we didn’t even get housekeeping service. A Super 8 would have been preferable - at least I wouldn’t have been disappointed. Stay elsewhere.

Great view, ramshackle building
Great location, great harbor view, terrible ramshackle building. The showerhead almost came out of the wall, wet stains on the ceiling. The day we left there was a strong wind and we were afraid the roof might come off.

Great location, not a great hotel
Best part of this hotel is that it is right next to the foot bridge to take you to the downtown area. That was the best part of the hotel. It was a low budget place across from the main downtown area. It was a simple check-in process, but just a transactional and not welcoming. Room was spacious, but just average. Boothbay harbor is amazing. One of favorite places we visited. Just didn't match the hotel night. But we felt safe their if that means anything to you.

The bathrooms are horrendous!!! It looks like they used outdated fixtures from other properties and nothing matches. Mixed matched tile patch jobs, mold covered in caulk……just nasty. Toilet from the 60’s that wobbles….many other items too!!! Entire motel needs updated!!!
