The living room gets wonderful light and sea breezes with multiple bay facing windows and French doors. And, with access to a shared dock, you’re never too far from water adventures.

The kitchen will, likewise, transport you back to simpler times. It is well-equipped for any vacation cooking needs. The large furnished deck is the perfect place to hang with the whole group. Grill food and dine al fresco, or gather wood for the firepit and enjoy a cool evening by the fire.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Needs work
The shared driveway was a challenge and the hike from the driveway to the house had was also a challenge. Additionally the window in one of the bathrooms did not work, the dishwasher was not secured and tilted when you put dishes in, one of the commodes ran constantly unless you jiggle. The kitchen garbage can is broken.

Not what I thought it would be
I booked this place 5 months ago and there were no reviews which I figured was because it was advertised as a 'new listing'. Now, 6 months later there is one review and it is 2 star. In fact, when I booked it I used the search filters for a waterfront property and this was presented as if it was. Since I booked they changed the phrasing on the listing but still list it as a waterfront with search buttons. The place was tiny. There was an open sewer. The bathroom sink did not drain. There was a long steep windy unsafe path to a lone dock which you could not step off of, as you would go on a persons property. This dock was across the street !! I am very glad we did not need the loft area, which cuts into the feeling of space, as the ladder was unsafe, unhooked and way to steep for adults or children.

Not as expected
It's clean, and could be great if they do a few things like fix the hole in the deck in front of the entrance and add some curtains to the bedroom window and the glass front door. It's impossible to be in the main living space and not be visible to anyone on the deck which is shared with the neighboring rental. Be aware that you can only get to the twin beds by climbing a ladder and the "safety gate" at the top is... precarious. No way would I let young kids up there.
