This property was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and there were a variety of amenities which I thought were reasonably priced. I only have two minor complaints. One, that you have to take a van in and around the area because of its size. So it takes a little while to go anywhere. Second, the "tax." The food, services, etc. all have an additional charge which I didn't anticipate and definitely drove up the final cost of everything we chose to do on the property.

While it keeps the property safe the process of going thru the gate multiple times a day is kind of a pain Facilities are fantastic Pools are great(a touch cold for the little ones) Breakfast buffet is great with many options

Staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! This resort is family friendly with fun events such as the foam party that’s held on some evenings. I would highly recommend this beautiful property with a private beach to anyone planning a visit to Boracay. Transportation is easily accessible from the main lobby to the gate where you can easily hop onto a e-tricycle and be on your way to the D-Mall or check out restaurants on the main road. Visiting Boracay and staying at this resort was a wonderful experience where everyone is very humble and welcoming!!

Largest property in station 1 area in Boracay. Good to have internal shuttle services to get around property. Very serene and away from the beach hustle/active nightlife of station 2 Boracay area. Transportation is relatively cheap so easy to get around all over Boracay island. Great service and staff all around so would definitely recommend it to those who enjoy resort style properties.

I liked the property being away from the crowd in Station 1,2 & 3. Staff we all nice, friendly and ready to assist. I can't understand why the food at their restaurants were amazing (tempura shrimp!). However the free breakfast buffet was terrible. I was hoping for your typical Filipino breakfast i.e tocino, tapa, danggit, tuyo, champorado. Instead they had pinakbet, pansit and spaghetti.

Beautiful hotel with a private beach. Clean and away from the crowds. Staff very friendly. The receptionist Nick and Kyle were very accommodating. I received perks for being a VIP expedia user! Breakfast buffet selection was great! My family enjoyed our stay!

Found cockroach in the room, smells like rotten clothes inside the room, found mold on the air conditioning. Overpriced meals and cocktails. On positive note, love the pool and private beach.
