One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on my last day and were impressed with the selection and quality of the food. Our room was comfortable and large, with little extras like a sliding wardrobe, ironing board and iron. We also made use of the gym which was another bonus.

Newly renovated. Staff was excellent. Specially Jean at the front desk who was fantastic. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Hotel restaurant was good. Ate dinner there our first night. Very good breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is near the train station and there was a lot of work going around. It might not be the nicest area but the hotel compensates with all the amenities.

The Hotel itself if great. Rooms are big and clean. Staff were friendly. It was convenient for us with the parking. There are a few things around but you need to walk about 30 min to go to the center area.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in
The hotel is very modern and the decor is beautiful. We had a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Overall I was very impressed. The only negative is the location it’s probably not the nicest area in Bordeaux however it is a ten minute walk to the nearest tram stop.
