Great room size for a few nights in the heart of Bordeaux! We could walk out and have our pick of restaurants and shopping. The little terrace was a great addition too. Good size bathroom, and a lift to all floors!

This is a perfect location to visit Bordeaux, though you must not expect like staying at the Grand Hotel across the street. Centrally located, we drove it, parked our car in the garage and spent a wonderful evening walking about the beautiful town of Bordeaux, then fly out the next morning, what is not to like!. Merci!

Can’t expect much for a two star hotel but still, bathroom was dirty, free internet that doesn’t really work, physical keys with the codes to get in the building (if you lose them, the thief can go up to your room since they’re is no one at the door ever), not enough sockets to plug your phone. If it wasn’t for the fact that this place is in the absolute best part of town, I would absolutely discourage it. But it is! Wow! Location, location, location.

Staff is nice and helpful, room as described and overseeing the opera, would recommend for a weekend trip. Breakfast at the café Terrace was great.

the hotel was ok , very primitive services for the price they charged . Staff was very friendly and helpful though location is very good , but again the services offered at the hotel or room is very limited to the price they charge.

Great location. Restaurants and Bars. You can’t beat the price for the location. But the rooms are small but clean. This is not a romantic getaway just a place to sleep. Ideal location and friendly staff.

You get a spartan little bedroom with enough room for only one person to walk around the foot of the bed--a closet space, a desk. Only cooling is a fan, Quite acceptable bathroom. The best part is the location, right next to lots of great eateries and the tourism office where lots of tours start.

Excellent Location, Value for money! However, it could be so much better with spending a little money on towels, wall paint and new carpet. Very dingy room but the staff and the hotel location made up for the dismal claustrophobic room I got!

Decent stay in the heart of Bordeaux
Hotel was decent for a couple of nights. The shower was miniature. We had booked a queen bed but they only have doubles. Staff was friendly. The location was excellent.therenwas no AC which I knew but there was a decent fan. Wi fi was fine but I had to log in every time which was annoying.

There is no better location in Bordeaux for the price. There is public underground parking across the street. The elevator adds a lot of value and convenience not often seen in these two star level hotels around Europe. Only thing to beware of is the season of your visit, as the rooms are not air conditioned.

Super hotel for a short break
Wonderful little hotel .... right in the heart of this beautiful city! Very clean hotel ... very efficient, friendly staff ... keys to be collected around the corner at their sister hotel ! Value for money ... considering Bordeaux city centre is rather expensive for accommodation. Would highly recommend for a budget hotel.

The location is great, just across L’Opera Theater. Tram station close by. Check in/ Check out is at sisters hotel just around the corner, staff is very helpful. They hold your luggage as needed either for early check in or late check out.
