Very close to tram station, walking distance to stop. 2 stops till airport. About the room: Hard mattress, very little room for three people to move around. 2 nights same sheets, changed towels and cleaned room. Asked for a hair dryer: Not available. asked for iron: Not available. Poor svc..

The room was extremely overheated when I arrived, so I turned on the air-conditioning and set it to a lower temperature and it started to blow out cold … but when I got back to my room late that night found that the air-conditioner had reset itself to a high temperature, it did this repeatedly during our two day stay. There was never anybody on reception while we were there. To tell them about the issues. The metal grill was always pulled down. (From 11am). I learned after our day that they expect guests to go next door to a completely different hotel with a different name as they are somehow connected and the same members of staff cover both receptions …l I’ve never heard of such a set up before, it is certainly not for the convenience of the guests but rather to save them money! During the night, I went to use the lavatory and the toilet seat shattered in half cutting me! I reported these issues when I checked out and they barely cared just kept saying “don’t hesitate to ask for help”, which is pretty difficult when they have such limited time that the reception is open Very, very disappointing and our stay was completely ruined as the room was so hot we slept very badly indeed

Forte odeur
Odeur nauséabonde provenant des égouts de la salle de bain. Le personnel a tout fait en leur possible mais l’odeur a perduré toute la nuit. Problème de drain généralisé à l’hôtel semble-t-il.

Perfect for overnight stay near airport
This was perfect for an overnight stay. Comfortable clean bed. Very quiet. Very helpful staff - i needed advice on best way to get to airport. Excellent value buffet breakfast. This is a no frills hotel, very well priced, convenient for airport - tram stops very close by.
