Starts with the curbs being broken and not fixed. I hit it and had a flat and 2 others did the same. Then left debit card in room and when realized it went back up to room but maids cleaned it and said they saw nothing. Customer service was not good.

Beautifully Decorated Hotel
The hotel just opened in February so they have a few kinks to work out. The service was great and they try to please you. The food was really good. We enjoyed our stay.

From check-in to check-out everything was amazing!! All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing-bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and quiet!! We absolutely enjoyed the casino which was very clean with lots of games to enjoy! Will most definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!!

It’s a beautifull hotel and the casino and sports book is the best in Shreveport area. It’s a little higher priced but all new things are! My only slight complaint is the beds are a little soft and mushy for me, I didn’t like them, but that’s just me!

The staff, especially Messa, were very helpful. We had to change hotels abruptly due to our previous accommodation not being livable. I mistakenly used a third party website and they were a nightmare. Messa was very patient and helped get us situated even with my own heightened emotions. The hotel was very clean. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful as well. They provided security to the hotel floors which allowed us to sleep comfortably and feel safe.

Nice place to stay. There was a technical difficulty at checkin with there computers and everyone was working fast to get it taken care of. The employees were very apologetic. Nice hotel rooms clean and comfortable. We didnt win big in the casino but had fun donating it. Serveral places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

they will wait till your last night and lock your room and tell you they detected someone smoking in it and automatically charge you $500 and threaten to throw you out if it's detected again, they wait till after 9:00 to do this and the night manager is somehow powerless to do anything about it to provide a refund or anything and they will not check the room or provide their customers any assistance total scam
