Great location, lackluster stay
Overall the Dagny was good. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean but the first day I put the bar soap in the shower and never got a replacement for use at the sink. My room wasn’t cleaned one day. Also, there were issues with the TV. Paid for a room with a city view but received a view of AC stacks/vents and a brick wall. Would definitely recommend booking a standard room and saving an extra $30 per night by not upgrading to a superior. Not worth an average of $500 per night.

Loved the hotel itself, cafe was amazing for breakfast and restaurant was beautiful and great for drinks or dinner. Only downside was that we were woken at 1am to the toilet splashing up and going crazy! We were moved to another room with little hassle so all worked out, but not ideal!

The hotel is large, not a boutique! Room layout odd with large open area but very tight on sides of bed. World's smallest fridge and sporadic TV service. Restaurant nice but coffee shop too small and overpriced and VERY noisy. Nice bathroom with good shower.

We had an amazing stay at The Dagny. The coffee shop downstairs was such a bonus. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, efficient elevators, walkable to sites.

I was very impressed with the Dagny. For a 4 star I thought the standard was more like a 4 . Beautifully designed, spacious and friendly staff. We dined in both Fin restaurants and Tradesman coffee shop and both were excellent that we went back multiple times. Easy walking access to harbour and the city made it a perfect location. A hotel I would definitely recommend to stay at if in Boston.

Originally my reservation is Hyatt Regency Boston. However, the hotel was overbooked and I was notified on the same day in the afternoon on the check-in date. Thanks to Expedia support, they are able to transfer my reservation to this hotel. This room is very clean and comfortable. All the staffs are very friendly and nice. The beddings, shower gel, and towels are of excellent quality. The room and hotel smells really good and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again next time when we visit Boston.
