Need work on client communication
I asked for an early check in which was granted. But at a different location and that was never pointed out. The new suite assigned is next to front door which is loud and slams with each open and close. The street noise is constant and the window drowsy appear to insulate against the noise much.

Great Newberry St location. Walk to shops & restaurants. Parking car was a bit of a walk. 3rd flr no elevator. TV was a bit difficult but room was clean, comfy & great location!

The place is quite comfortable, everything you need in the room. We did have to drive around for over an hour to find parking. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of the host who explained where the parking garages were.

There wasn't any hot water. The hotel claimed that the tap was special and I didn't use it properly but I turned it on full hot in both the shower and sink and never got any water warmer than barely warm. Not only did they not deliver but they lied to me about it.

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Just a block from walking Commonwealth Ave to Boston Common and a fee blocks from walking the Charles River Esplanade. Easy access to public transportation and to the shuttle to/from the airport. Spacious suite and kitchen amenities. Small bathroom but fine for 2 peiple

Great location. Lots of fun. Very cool. Nice neighbors. Helpful phone responses. Ended up parking on street, since meters were not too expensive and garages were a couple blocks away. Bathroom not user friendly in that there is nowhere to put stuff and sink is more artistic than flat.

Amazing location
The location of this place cannot be beat! Everything is walkable and easy to navigate. I really joyed the keyless entry and everything felt very secure. The room itself is pretty noisy due to the heavy street traffic but that’s understandable. It is a studio apartment with few frills but it suited us well for our stay! I would book again.
