I like the room it was clean no pet smell and no cigarettes smells The only thing I don't like the man costumer service at 7pm he seems not happy person and seems prejudice everytime i asked questions he acted like making faces likes his eyes moving up and down i can see he was annoyed

We were on a bucket list trip with our Aunt, to Salem. This hotel was perfect for us. Close enough to Salem & all the festive stuff and far enough away we could rest & relax. My Aunt doesn’t travel much and she loved your hotel. Juan the desk clerk was very pleasant & helpful. Thank you again for a great stay.

We stayed one night; the hotel was good, we enjoyed the breakfast, and the parking is good as well. My only concern would be that the carpets in the room need to be cleaned. There was an odor in the room coming from the carpets. Everything else was good.

This hotel was adequate. Perhaps it jaded my overall opinion, but the lobby area had a strong odor that seemed like mildew cleaner. I was given an enormous room, which was extra spacious to accommodate individuals with disabilities and possibly wheelchairs. However, the sink faucet was not firmly attached to the sink, and the bathroom door (attached like a barn door) did not close all the way -- leaving about 8 inches of space. Thank goodness I was traveling alone. :)

Rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The hallways needed a vacuuming. The staff were super accommodating, efficient and friendly. The restaurant next door was very convenient and the food was great. The morning breakfast was what you would expect, the eggs were eggbeaters and the bacon was microwave bacon. I couldn’t even look at the sausages, they just looked pale and not appetizing. Lots of seating for breakfast and the area was kept very clean and well stocked. Overall a great hotel. Very convenient if traveling to Boston and Salem. Would come back again if in the area.

My toilet was not flushed and there was a long hair in my shower when I got there. More important, the website indicated that it was 15 minutes away from where my reunion would be and in fact it was 30 Minutes away so I spent at least 50 dollars a day in Ubers to get back and forth. I would have booked someplace else is I knew I would be spending an extra 250 dollars on my trip.
