The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly, but the Queen room we were in (which the front desk said all the large rooms with a queen bed are the same), the couch looks like it’s missing one end, and the small fridge is in in a cabinet under the desk but because the fridge doesn’t fit in the cabinet, the cabinet door can’t close. With the cabinet door unable to close, it interferes with the ability to open the closet door as the two doors hit each other. The layout is strange at best. The sheets on the bed feel like plastic and the “comforter” is paper thin. Perhaps a different type of room within the hotel is better, but this particular style is not comfortable. The accommodations are sub-par in my opinion, but the common areas are very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice location for walking to attractions. My only problem was the $321.00 i paid for a king suite that had the world's smallest bathroom. It was like they built a room and then finally remembered that it needed a bathroom. 1 person barely in and could barely turn around. The small toilet was terrible! You shouldn't sit down and have both sides of wall and bathtub touching you. Im only 5'11" and 190 lbs and almost threw my back iut twisting to get toilet paper at my thigh. Not what I was thinking for that kind of money at a Hilton. Would not be staying there again with the same accommodations.

Toilet is ridiculously small. So many small fixtures are broken. Take pictures when you check in or they can charge you for broken items. Even our toilet door is broken. Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed. Never again will I book a Hilton hotel.

In general, the hotel is what you expect for a downtown hotel before a holiday. Crowded and too expensive, but that is how it goes. I was surprised at how unhelpful, and often unfriendly, the staff were. The concierge provided no useful information at all, other staff were often curt. One person did go a bit out of his way -- man named Singh who made checking in quick and at least acted like we weren't a nuisance.
