Clean, spacious, but noisy
The hotel is conveniently located to get to Harvard by foot. The room was spacious and clean. The main issue is the location right above a busy street which makes it very noisy even in the middle of the night.

All good except bed too soft, and when we asked, a board was provided. No attention to water usage — towels replaced daily. Too bad there was no breakfast.

It’s a new property built 2022. They had a fitness center, game room with pool table, foozball, golden t. Josephine restaurant onsite with good pizza. Valet parking is mandatory but was easy. Location like 20 mins to downtown. Def would stay here again and would recommend.
