Upon checking in, they never told us we were on the 4 th floor. Anyone with health conditions should be informed there are many steep steps to take up. This would have been a factor when picking this place. Our room key was 745 which also gave no indication it was in the 4th floor. Disappointing information!!

This property was exactly what i was looking for - the location was perfect for my needs, and it was much more affordble than the nearby hotels. Small studio space, but worked for our needs. Very clean!

Copley House is a group of accommodations in the area of the main office. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was one block away from the main office, but the area is nice and the walk was not an issue. The room was nice and clean, the bed was large, but the bathroom was small. Try to get a room not on the top couple of floors as there are no elevators and the spiral staircase could be an issue for those who don’t get around easily. All things considered, Copley House is a good place to stay in the Back Bay area of Boston.

We loved our stay at Copley House! We loved that it was away from the main tourist areas. Transit was near by and so easy to use. We were walking distance to Fenway. The room was lovely and quiet. No complaints!

Great location. Disturbingly strong smell of bleach on arrival. Didn’t encounter any staff at the building we were in (2 blocks from check in building). Did have to carry cases up a couple of flights of stairs, not an issue for us but could be for others. Fair to say the room was pretty run down (tiny tired old bathroom, considerably torn frayed carpets), for the $1100 for 3 nights I was kind of surprised. On a plus the area was safe, quiet, and walkable to everything we wanted to see.

The location was great and the area itself was overall quiet. It was close to a few good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very helpful helping with directions and calling us taxis. The apartment was well equipped with a kerig and dishes if you cooked. Lots of towels and a great shower. Overall very happy with this property. We would definitely go back.

I liked the hotel's concept. It's like an apartment, and it makes you feel like you are a local. The location is near everywhere, which makes it very convenient. However, the bathroom is quite small, with some dust on the kitchen countertop.

Terrible Parking
Parking was terrible... only enough space to literally park your vehicle - cannot open vehicle door without hitting the next car. When I complained, Front Desk told me to purchase the adjacent parking space if I didn't want a neighbour to hit my vehicle. I asked what will happen to the person who's spot I will take? He replied, we have other parking spots we can give them... it was non-sensical - just make your parking stalls the normal size instead of these lines that fit exactly the width of a vehicle.
