We liked the amenities in the room however the tv was not great - we would lose service or have buffering and it was complicated. There was no instruction or guide for the tv or the heater.

My husband and I spent NYE in Boston and stayed at the Copley House. It was affordable and the perfect place to stay for a few nights that allowed us to walk most places we wanted or walk to the T. Check in and check out were both easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Extra service puts Copley House over the top
Although the main office was located about 1-2 blocks away from this one of many local properties, they moved my luggage into my room both in and out, first when I arrived before check-in, and second, when I checked out of the room before the main office opened, returning later for a late flight home.

The location was ideal. Staying at Copley House was wonderful — friendly and helpful people at the front desk, and very hospitable.The room was extremely comfortable and clean.Also, it was in a great neighborhood — I walked all over and loved the proximity to the The Prudential Center and all the neat neighborhood joints. I am definitely coming back!!
