At home.
I love this place. it feels homey. The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed to spend time as if I lived there. The kitchen is small but functional and I loved that this room had a table where I could eat and work. The bed is very comfortable and I loved that there were plenty of pillows. The internet signal wasn't great but I had my hot spot so it didn't matter much to me. I look forward to coming back!

Great location!
The room was in a basement and accessing it was a bit cramped. Hard to take the luggage down into the basement. Also, there was no way to control the temperature as we could not find the thermostat to adjust. Otherwise, a great location close to Prudential Center mall. Very walkable!!

I have stayed here 2 or 3 times now and love the convenience of the location more than anything. The check-in and check-out processes were super easy too. This hotel is a collection of different buildings and the one I was in this time was an old brownstone walk-up. Unfortunately, the apartment felt run down and my biggest complaint was the complete and total lack of soundproofing. I heard every move and every conversation of my neighbors both beside and above me. Considering the very high price of my stay, I would expect more attention to things like this. I was there for work and had early mornings, so neighbors that were up and noisy all night were not a pleasant surprise. Just something to keep in mind.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio had everything we needed & was very clean! Be prepared to carry your suitcase up narrow flights of stairs. No elevator. Location was very convenient, parking too. Recommend Be bop restaurant, food was good & jazz music band was playing. Woody’s for pizza & salad was excellent. Loved visiting Fenway Park & went on a walking history tour. We will definitely return to Boston.

Very cute neighbourhood, convenient location and walking distance from many metro lines and attractions. The only downside was the walls of the room were extremely thin. We could hear our neighbour on the phone AND the other person on the line word for word. We could also hear anyone’s conversation who was walking by outside. There was also a bit of construction outside and inside that was a bit disruptive, and some squeaky pipes. If you’re a light sleeper this place may not be for you but if you don’t mind, everything else was great.

Location of Copley House is great. Right by Prudential and the beautiful Newbury Street. The facilities however need work. We stayed in the suite. Setup was cozy but they really need to do basic maintenance. Door knob was broken, closet door was off track, tub had a big gouge in it, exposing a big dark spot if you lifted up the bath mat. My son went to move the bath mat and found the dark spot which grossed him out. They could at least paint or cover up the dark spot somehow. There was water damage to the bath cabinet. Fridge and toaster oven seemed pretty new which was so good to have. The stay is fine but be prepared for the maintenance issues that the place requires.

THERE ARE TWO THINGS most people want in a hotel: A quiet place to get a full night's sleep, and reliable wi-fi as most of us take our work with us. If this is you, avoid Copley house. In the night we stayed, the wifi varied from completely dead to pitifully feeble. Staff did nothing to help except "reboot" (unplugging the model), and right back to not working. Early in the AM, two hotel employees had a loud conversation outside our room door; worse, there was CONSTRUCTION also in progress in the room above us! Remarkably, the full of crap college student at the desk gaslighted and outright lied to us; told us "she looked at the camera, and no one was outside our room". Told us the noise upstairs was simply guests checking out despite the construction vehicle parked right outside and the clear view from the parking lot of the construction going on! Sadly- they have our money, and we have no recourse. Do NOT trust this place unless these things don't matter to you!
