Overall the stay was great. Walkable for many activities but a little far from Quincy Market and the attractions in that area. Staff was helpful. There is valet parking but you can also self park across the street by the mall.

The room was exceptionally small—I felt like I was in a utility closet. The mattress was very very hard and very short. I also woke up with bug bites. The air/heating was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The plug next to the bed was behind the nightstand and I had to get out of bed just to turn on/ off the lamp (a wall sconce) next to the bed. There were no usb outlets or clocks. I’m sure there are better rooms, but this was worse than any motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The price was right. The room was large and clean and the hotel is in a very central location. The staff was great. Just one thing - the shower floor is slippery when wet and could be a safety concern.

Cool, but very small!
I loved the vibe at this hotel! It was an old building with lots of character. The downside to that is the room was very small, and my knees almost hit the wall when I was on the toilet. I'm only 5'7, so anyone taller than that would not have been able to use the bathroom!

It’s a clean old hotel just that they are under Reno’s so we didn’t have a phone in the room to contact front desk and we had to get someone in to fix the tv when we got here since it wasn’t hooked up

No frills hotel in a convenient location close to Back Bay station. Facilities are basic and my room was on a smaller side, however it was priced competitively so I would recommend!
