House keeping did not clean our room, not all elevators were working at time and on our last checkout day, only 1 elevator was working and we had to use the staff elevator. Area/location is good. Near the theater district and near a bunch of theaters, also near china town.

The hotel is old and needs an urgent renovation, the staff is very friendly and efficient. However for the price they charge they need to have safety deposit boxes, and better electrical outlets

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing not enjoyed were our very loud neighbors. Up partying and yelling all night and slamming doors. The room was very comfortable and nice. Monica,the front desk person,was very friendly and helpful when we asked about storing our luggage for a few extra hrs after checkout. We will stay again.

it was ok
im a realist. here it goes. the good- great position in downtown boston. it was clean and the staff was great. and a great club next door. the bad- the worst is the bathroom. had no ventilation. so you know what the means. stinky city. also very small toilet and low to the ground, with a vanity sticking in your back. very uncomfortable. we thought the breakfast was included. no. one piece of bacon, one bite of the worst potatoes of my life and a half a yogurt for $30 bucks. valet ignored our text and had to wait another half hour for our car. air condition and ventalation horrible. like i said, it was ok

This hotel was expensive for what we got. The room was ok, but old and with very few amenities included (eg, no fridge). The mirror was in our condition in the bathroom, and the furniture was looking tired. The bed was comfortable. Front desk service was not great. And we're were surprised there was no room service included, even though we paid a fairly high price to stay at the hotel. We would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
