Nice clean hotel but awfully noisy
Nice spacious King Suite, clean, convenient to SL3 line .... but incredibly noisy, not only you can hear car noises but right across train from Salem stops so every 30-60 min there is incredible noise from train siren and train ramp ... we couldn't sleep at all and quite frankly why are other guests not reporting that?

This hotel does a good & brisk business getting its customers to and from Logan airport. The staff is friendly & helpful & their shuttle runs on time. Their rooms are comfortable too. I’ve stayed here twice now & would stay again.

While convenient to activities, and clean and comfortable, the room heat had inadvertently been shut off before we arrived, and the room was not cleaned between our first and second nights. We were disappointed that parking was not included in the room rate, but was a separate charge.

The people working there are the most valuable asset the property has. The room was clean, as well as the restaurant, the bar and the surrounding. I=this hotel is perfect for an overnight stay on a business trip.
