We arrived at the hotel 1:40pm. We were told we had to pay an additional $25 to check in before 2:00pm. Sitting waiting till 2:00pm we noticed how dirty the upholstery and rugs were. At dinner we ordered hamburger. My wifes burger was cold and bloody in the middle.

The front desk charged me upon check in when i had prepaid for the room. Natalie was very ignorant. Made check in very stressful. The manager fixed the financial issue and the rest of the trip was great!
