In all of my experiences with travelling, this hotel was by far the worst one I have ever come across. I booked the room with my family one week in advance before driving the five hour distance. When we went to check in, we were immediately greeted with the receptionist saying "I am not checking you in." We laughed it off, thinking he was joking and we explained we already had a reservation, so the man whose name began with an "F" looked in the computer and said he did not have a reservation under the name we booked. We spelled out the name in case there was a mistake and explained we had the confirmation number to secure our booking and that is when he changed his story and he said "ah yes, I have your reservation here, I see the name now, but I do not have a room for you." Basically, he gave our room away since we checked in the evening and blamed Expedia saying they gave a room away they didn't have! The guy's attitude was very insincere and he was not sorry at all, as he blamed Expedia for the entire accident when there were still fifteen rooms left when we booked. As we were walking in, there was garbage littering the outside of the hotel (wrappers, bottles,cigarettes, etc.) and the inside floor was not clean at all. Very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
