This was my second stay here and I will be back! Located very close to the train, but the noise didn’t bother me. Close to the Science Museum as well.

I didn’t like the hotel lot of things need to be improved bed with no blanket I had to beg them to get one, their answer was sold out, the washroom fan wasn’t working at all, the smell was unbearable, no water I have to buy my own water as far as I know hotel provide at least 2 bottle of water, very noisy we couldn’t sleep the train was behind our room, the staff wasn’t pleasant at least when I asked for blanket they should know we need one to sleep. $40.00 for parking outside per night. We anlready paid lot of money per night. Overall was a very bad experience for Marriot hotel.

I liked that it was within walking distance of both the train and bus system. Additionally it was near multiple shopping centers. Being so close to the railway, I didn’t hear the train at all unless I was outside. The rooms and hotel were very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to stay in downtown Boston but want to be a 10-15 minute train ride away.

The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable but the people who worked there should not be in that business. With the exception of one lady who worked at the front desk in the morning everyone else seemed so unfriendly and not happy to be of any help, a real turn off. They advertise really nice but they don’t deliver the service you expect at all. They make you feel like you’re a bother to even ask a question and all you get is an “I don’t know”! I saved up a long time to have a small vacation and I also paid a lot for my stay but the the attitude of the employees you’d think they had to pay. It puts a real damper on your stay. No one cared!!
