I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel, which turned out to be more like a very poorly maintained motel. The room was nothing like the advertised photos. The carpets were worn and stained, and the bathroom, especially the bathtub, looked old and uninviting. The room lacked even basic amenities – there was no closet, just a small rack to hang clothes. The so-called "view" was a parking lot and a wine store, far from the scenic expectation I had. Both Travelocity and I tried reaching the manager from the moment I checked in, but no one was available, and I’ve yet to receive any response or refund for the steep $340 per night on top of $75 security deposit per night and another $25 facility fee per night. I even submitted photos showing the actual condition, but communication has been non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place! This place is not near a 4 star rather than a middle of round about motel.

In my Expedia confirmation, it mentioned a fee of $75 total for 3 nights to pay at the hotel. At the hotel I had to pay 150 (75 per person). I'm disappointed for this

Very nice Hilton boutique hotel next to Starbucks!
Nice and relaxing stay. The front desk service, depending on the staff, was varied. Noah is wonderful. Nick, not as friendly. Others are great. Enjoyed the orange infused water at the reception. The outdoor fire pit is very nice as well. Most importantly - a direct entrance to adjacent Starbucks in the morning!! Yay.

Was checking in late (after 10) so called ahead bc they weren’t able to do digital key. Was told no prob room would be ready. When we got there (at 10:45p) we were given the wrong room. Went to reception and it took 30 mins for them to shift us from a room with one queen to a room with two queens (which is what we booked). I had to email them m confirmation email, which was weird. Room was supposed to come with “local snacks” - we got acoke, a sprite, a bad of lays and 3 Kit Kats. Parking was $25/day - we arrived at 10:30 and were gone by 9 and they charged me $55. Just disorganized.

This property was really disappointing. Our fault for not having understood what a Tapestry Collection hotel was. The staff were friendly that was the one redeeming factor. Charged for parking $25 for the night. The hotel is dingy and dark. The hallway to our room had broken glass for the entire time we stayed there. Air conditioning/heat system was loud and inconsistent - didn't sleep all night due to the fluctuating temperatures and noise. The walls are thin and we could hear people in the hall and in adjacent rooms. Location is awful - the hotel is a quick turn off a roundabout and for people not used to the area, that is unexpected. The surrounding area is busy and just not what was expected, but maybe that is just this part of Cambridge. We did see a drug addict in the driveway next to the parking lot when we arrived - that wasn't so great. Thankfully this was just for a quick overnight stay. Hate having to leave negative reviews, but when we booked all the reviews were 4 but we'd like to save future customers from the disappointment.

Beautiful decor but terrible customer service. Got to the hotel around 11:30pm and there was no hot water. Called front desk (put on hold twice) and was told that once resolved I will get a call back. 45 minutes past still haven’t got the call back. Called the front desk and he said he forgot to call but issue has been resolved. Tried again and still no hot water. Asked for a different room just to take a hot shower because it was really late and I was very tired. Front desk said I can’t occupy two rooms simultaneously so I need to pack everything and move to the new room in order for me to take the shower. By the time everything was settled it was almost 2AM. Also, the water pressure of the hotel was so low that one needs to take an above average time to take a shower. Not going back to this hotel anytime soon.

Horrible! beware of the hidden fees for $25 dollar resort fee which supposedly you can apply to their restaurant. Half the time the staff was not available. The breakfast is terrible. Old crusty sausage and eggs. For $25, you can get a way better breakfast at starbucks right next door. The staff is very rude and have attitudes. I will never stay in this place again.

The staff was great, The hotel bathroom was grossly disgusting. Hairs, dirt and grime in the shower and bathroom sink. Bedding was clean at least. Unable to get any extra pillows or blankets, was told we had to wait until the morning.... Who needs it then>

The location is nice and the hotel is well kept. However the additional $25 parking fee and the mandatory $25 that my boyfriend and I had to spend out of our deposit on food at the hotel was not worth the stay. We would’ve preferred to go somewhere else but we were forced to stay on the property otherwise the $25 would’ve been used by the hotel for other purposes. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

I picked this hotel just for the location. Everything is average. Cleanness and staff attitude are just average. My complaint to this hotel is they charge destination fee $25 per night. It says it is a credit toward to food and drinks but my schedule had no time to eat nor drink from their restaurant. And I was not informed that I could lose it if I did not use it on the first night. I arrived there around 9 pm and was not told that their kitchen closes at 10 pm. So it was gone. They shouldn’t charge this kind of fee.
