Just a standard hotel for a quick stay (nothing special). I found it a little annoying to have to pay for parking, even though it’s only $10 a night….. it’s Burlington with parking everywhere not downtown Boston.

We stayed 4 nights, visiting Boston and surrounding area. The 2 room King suite was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, 2 full bathrooms & kitchenette. No in-room safe, which I thought was a standard hotel thing, and wouldn't have looked for in the room description - unless we just didn't find it lol. Pool area was great - quiet, lots of chairs & loungers. Only complaint - hours seemed very short, given there was no lifeguard on duty. 10am - 8pm, when presumably, a lot of guests are gone for the day & not hanging out at the hotel. We definitely do not get as much use of it, which was a bit disappointing for our kids. Staff were friendly & helpful. Felt like a safe area - nice mall nearby, close to grocery stores, and somewhat easy to commute into Boston via public transport. Easy drive to Salem & the beach in Gloucester.

Nice place to stop
A stopover night on a long 2 day drive. The Burlington Hyatt house is conveniently located, close to many restaurants, including walking distance to several. The room was comfortable, the temperature perfect. Did not use any of the amenities (pool, breakfast bar, etc). I thought it was too expensive and didn't like the new "pay for parking" thing. But a nice stay.

The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately during our week long stay no one came in to clean the room once. We had to seek out ways to dispose of the overflowing garbage accumulating in the room and regularly needed to seek out towels.
