Excelente servicio del personal de limpieza, cuarto muy accesible, cómodo y muy limpio. Solo tuve una mala experiencia con uno de los caballeros del staff en la noche del miércoles ya que mi inglés no es muy fluido y solo me confundí en una palabra y me miraba a modo de juzgarme y eso me hiso sentir inferior e incómoda.

Poor service!
The bed was so hard i felt loke i was sleeping on the floor! Woke up with so much bad pain. Told the front desk and they were unbothered by it. I was told that they would have to shut down the whole hospital in order to re-do all of the rooms! Ummm... I thought we were in a hotel!? But ok!

Felt like the carpet was dingy looking throughout the building however it was sticky in our room so a deep cleaning would help; not the nicest Hilton I’ve stayed in for the money. Also having to pay for parking after already paying close to $400 a night is ridiculous. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly

The hotel staff was ve y pleasant. I was surprised that the parking was no longer free and had to use an app to pay parking. I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the country. The breakfast was typical. The floors and carpet however were very dirty, especially the lifts. The hotel it’s self could use a spruce up

Negative: Lights were flashing in the bathroom, the fan did not work. When passing the pool area there was an offensive 'unclean' odor. In general we got an 'ick' feeling for an below average room and hotel which was ridiculously expensive. Positive: breakfast was quite good and very well stocked. The staff (Toni?) did an excellent job.
