El día que entre a mi cuarto todo se veía limpio, pero me di cuenta que no revisaron el clóset, porque ahí encontré dos cajas de pizza, todavía con pedazos de pizza, fui al mostrador de recepción y les dejé saber, pero hasta el día de hoy, nadie se ha comunicado conmigo, para disculparse! Tengo las fotografías que tomé, e inclusive la recepción tomó fotos de lo que les mostré y no se han comunicado para disculparse!

Clean, comfortable & convenient.
Staying in the area for just one night. The location is great for the purposes of our visit, sporting event at MIT in Cambridge and appt at MEEI across the river in Boston in the AM. First time stay at this spot and my wife and I will be back next year. The convenience of the location outweighs the price savings by choosing a hotel further away from the Boston city center (traffic on weekday mornings is pretty brutal for non-city dwellers). The sub-level parking garage is extremely tight. If you have a large SUV, you may have to opt for the off-site parking, which incurs an extra fee. The drop-off area for the hotel is comically small, so consider temporary parking someplace near by during the check-in process. Maybe next year I'll try using the Hilton app for check-in - just hope it works for parking garage access (you need a room key for that).

They issue more parking passes for their garage than there are spaces. Arriving late may leave one with nowhere to park.

Excellent friendly staff! Very kind and helpful with information for Boston first time visit. Train (“T”) and Bus routes access is a walk across the street. I didn’t mind the noise from the train at all and it stops after the last run. Breakfast is also excellent. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail tour, the Boston Tea Party tour, Beacon Hill (including Acorn street), Charles Street ice cream, parts of Cambridge, and of course a Lobster roll from Courthouse Seafood Restaurant (walking distance). There are so many more options to experience, but we only had 1 full day. Thank You Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge for making our experience Excellent!!

When I booked this hotel I was nervous because the reviews weren’t great. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! Staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet! Will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!

The location is excellent. The local train service is across the street to travel into Boston. There is also free parking, which was very convenient. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and travel by train into Boston to walk the Freedom Trail. They also serve good breakfast that is included.
