Great place to stay. Location is ideal and staff was friendly. Very unique building. Only complaints are no microwave or coffee maker. Room is a bit dated. Just sitting on the bed made it squeek, but it was comfortable. No wifi for a couple days. That being said, we'd stay again.

Very convenient place to start exploring downtown Boston and the harbour. Well designed hotel, but beware of windowless rooms (or windows on the staircase). All in all it’s a bit overpriced for the quality of service. No tea/coffee maker in the room, water dispenser in the lobby. Staff is rather inexperienced. Breakfast available in the hotel restaurant (not included in room price).

Close walk to so many different great areas of Boston. Hotel room was clean, no frills service. Front desk help always seemed preoccupied with phones or screens, didn’t look up once in our week-long stay to say good morning, afternoon or night. Almost like they couldn’t be bothered.
