Harborside Inn
It was a very a very comfortable hotel. Fro t desk staff was amazing and very efficient and competent. Only utilized room staff twice. You had to ask at the front desk staff to have Your room serviced and I was ok with that. Bathroom was nice and the shower was large. Hotel is very centrally located (reason I selected it) and within walkable distance to most attractions. It was also close to really fantastic restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly stay here again.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the place is down at the heels. Needs a total renovation. Old fashioned keys that don't open the doors. You have to literally shoulder your way in to force the doors open. No coffee makers in the rooms and no free coffee in the lobby

Hotel nice, restaurant not so much.
Great place to stay and right in the middle of everything. Fantastic shopping and restaurants. However, the hotel restaurant was very expensive. Had 2 coffee's and 1 omelet, and with a tip it was $35. Ouch!

There was no pool, which was half the point of why we booked the hotel until we realized there wasn’t a pool. The bed was very uncomfortable. My part are now experiencing back pain that only happened after we woke up. The shower had no water pressure.

Fijn verblijf aan de Harbour van Boston! Kamer was alleen wel wat gedateerd en vloer kraakte enorm. Personeel is vriendelijk en op loopafstand van de haven én het centrum.
