Room was great. Only complaint: there are no soft surfaces in the gym. Some rubber matting, or the like, on the floor would be great for those who would like to do calisthenics, stretching, etc.

While staff and service was great, we had a mixup and I somehow ended up being checked in for one night short of my actual Expedia booking. So I returned to my room after work on the second to last day to find my keycard deactivated, and then a couple minutes later after rectifying that with the front desk, confused and concerned cleaning staff in the room and all of my belongings gone. They kindly went to fetch them for me after a phone call explaining the situation. The cleaning staff was great -- absolutely no complaints there, but I really wish my open food, skincare, pajamas etc weren't thrown into same garbage bag with my dirty shoes. That was a bit of a shocker to say the least. Oh, and the thermostat didn't work, so it was a chill 65 degrees all night every night. But other than that, it was great :)))

My stay was great until it was time to take a shower. I set the temp and proceeded into the shower. As I was showering, the water became hotter and hotter to the point where I had to step out of the stream of water and exit the shower. I got out the shower and adjust the temp. Again, this time realizing that the knob/handle for the shower was turning on its own. It looks as if the knob should be tightened to stay in place. When checking out. I notified the desk clerk and told her that my skin on my back was lightly irritated due to the hot water. All she said was she will tell engineer. Not caring at all.
