The House keeping staff do not communicate in English. They also need to be told to go and clean certain rooms. My Husband and I went out for the day and our room was not touched. We spoke to the Check in desk and they sent House keeping to clean out room.

Great location close to the metro. The staff was so friendly and kind. We had extremely loud neighbors, but I guess you find that in any hotel.
