I appreciated the shuttle service. I had missed my flight. When looking for a hotel, I specifically looked for shuttle service. Thank you. The personal at the desk were very helpful There were some noisy people in the hotel. A couple of families could have taught their children to be quieter when walking to their room. There were also loud groups of people conversing and laughing around the check in desk at times.

Front desk staff efficient. Wife left her tablet in the room and noticed after we were at the airport. Staff retrieved her tablet, put it on the next airport shuttle. We had it promptly and made our flight. Cheers to the front desk lady and airport shuttle driver 9/28/24 in the AM! We loved the decor in the lobby and our room. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in Boston.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly service
Great overnight hotel where you would walk across the street, walk another 5 minutes and find a Wendy’s, a giant grocery store and other stores. Free basic breakfast but not as extensive as other Holiday Inns. Loved the free shuttle from the airport.

Large room, excellent service, convenient shuttle to airport. For the kind of hotel this was and the price, the complimentary breakfast disappointed me. Food and service was comparable to Fairfield and Hampton Inns. Surprised to find single use disposable tableware. Just stayed at a Hilton in Boston area that cost half as much, which had real tableware and organic teas.

It was an good stay, some hiccups with housekeeping and not tidying or cleaning the room but just removing garbage and replacing towels but was taken care of after being addressed. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful, especially the two young men that were there most days. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you

Only two washcloths for four people. Only two hand towels. No place in bathroom to support hanging up towels and clothes. Room too small for people to manage clothes and bags. Coffee was good.
