Improve quality of breakfast food; the omelets were rubbery and inedible. There was no yogurt available. Setup of plates and cutlery is awkward and off putting. Add in a waffle machine.

stayed here a couple times now . its clean and rooms are spacious enough . i didnt love the check in . not much of a welcome and we were not told about the breakfast or even how to get to our room . but overall the stay was good

The matress had a hole on it. We arrived really late so I let that pass for the night, but I wasn't able to sleep. The next morning the employee at the front desk didn't even apologized for the inconvenience. He told me to wait for maintanance to change the matress. Maintanance came and he said that he was alone and the matress was to heavy to replace it. I went downstairs to request another room and again not a bit of sympathy, but after a couple of hours we got another room.
