I have stayed in plenty of Homewood Suites, this was by far disappointing. The Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. The other disappointing part is there was no towels no blankets when we asked they used to be welcome kit with waters that I received at one of the Homewood suites, staff is not friendly and they said that we would get our room clean every other day and we never got our room cleaned. The cap of the overall hotel was very disappointing although we do plan on traveling back to Boston. We will not be staying there.

The hotel was nice, but I have to say the service wasn't the best. We had an issue with the light in the bathroom and told the woman at the front desk-it was ignored. We needed towels so I went to the front desk to get some and I was told they were doing inventory so they can't give me any. I explained the room wasn't cleaned and we need new towels and she said, sorry but I can't give you any. She continued to look at her computer screen and I asked her if she would like my room number so when the towels were available she could let me know. She took the number and called me about 1/2 hour later. There is not enough parking in the front of the hotel. Our rom was located near the center and the only available parking was all the way on one side. The breakfast was good, and the room was nice otherwise.

I don’t like leaving reviews, especially bad ones but unfortunately I feel I need to leave one to warn others. I failed to read the google reviews along with the Expedia reviews on this hotel and am genuinely concerned for the health of the staff and guests. Upon entering a 2nd room that we switched to, I was immediately on the phone with Hilton customer service and we booked with another hotel and left within the hour. The smell in the hallways and the rooms is like rotting meat, which is a characteristic of severe mold growth. The first room we were given, upon opening the door a spider ran inside, a dead one beside the door and spiders running on my suitcase and in the hallway. The second room smelled just as bad as the first and the hallways. A booger on the bed and a spot which looked like blood on the sheets, stains everywhere on the chairs, couch, carpet (they all look 100 yrs old) and the bathroom reeked of urine on the floor. The staff were nice enough and I was refunded without issue, so since I can’t give this property a 0 star, the 1 star is for customer service. Otherwise, for a hotel that almost cost me $300 Canadian per night, the high ratings on Expedia are insane. The owner of this hotel should be ashamed and needs to look into charging maybe $50 a night max if they’re unwilling to do any updates or provide clean facilities.

This was the worst hotel we've ever been to. There were several stains on the pullout mattress, carpet and lamp, the baseboards were filthy, tv didn't work, not enough linens for 4 people, breakfast served moldy bread. There was only 1 staff member working the front desk and check in took 25 minutes. Would think twice about booking another Homewood hotel in the future.

My first room had a sour smell that was overwhelming. I had to wait for another clean room. The last night of my stay I discovered bed bugs in my room. I had to be moved again and was completely unable to rest.

No regular coffee in the room. I called front desk and they said to come down to lobby and they would provide. I shouldn't have to do this. No ice in the fridge. No ice on any floor and had to call front desk. Person said I could come down and they would give me some ice. I shouldn't have to do this. Two trips to the lobby late that I shouldn't have to make.
