The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 20 mins. Including the Seaport area, theater district, Commons and Fanuill Hall. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the bed comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

One tiny elevator for the whole place - Plan to wait a lot and use the stairs for the first 3-4 floors (most customers on those floors were doing so). I was told the other elevator had been out for several months. The cleaning and routine property maintenance staff were kind - amazing considering they ALSO had to use the one remaining elevator. I’d expect much more, even for a diminished Hyatt “Centric” version of Hyatt.

It was so refreshing to have a clean and lovely room. However, the building is elevator challenged. It only had one, very small elevator working at the time. The bathroom layout didn't provide much privacy for whoever showered.
