Great location, would stay here again!
Room was nice and clean but small. Bed, sheets and pillow were super comfortable. Walking distance to everything! Just wish we had a room on a higher floor with a view.

Excellent location.
This stay was for a breakfast meeting held at a venue in the vicinity of the hotel, which was one of the main reasons I had wanted to stay here. I am also a Hyatt member. My overall experience was great, as I usually have with all Hyatt brands, but I was not quite happy that there wasn’t coffee/tea in the lobby area, and there was not a writing desk. The overall ambiance was darker than other Hyatt hotels I had experienced. As highlights, staff members were all courteous and the BeeKind toiletries were very fine and pleasant. I used not to take the wall mounted toiletries stations because they do not feel personal, but now I think it would save the waste of unfinished soaps and lotions, etc.

The check was smooth. We reached way later than the check-in time due to a long drive journey, the lady at the reception was able to help us out with check-in and valet parking.. the hotel is at the prime location located near the shopping areas along the streets. The room was spic and span.

broken elevators
the room was small but clean. the downside was that the elevators were shut off 10pm - 6am, we stayed on the 11th floor . . . super inconvenient . also, one can assume the parking lot directly across from the hotel is corresponding to the hotel, it is not. they offer a valet service for a fee.

Everything was pretty good, although the elevators were bad. The BIGGEST problem was that I told the check-in that I wanted to pay in cash and when I left they charged my card. So they will refund me, although I don't know when. REALLY VERY BAD

The room we were issued had a blood stain on the bottom sheet near the head of the bed and small splatters of blood on the sheets toward the bottom of the bed as I further checked. There was also blood stains on one of the towels Obviously, the staff did not xheck prior ro making the ved, or didnt care
