When we arrived the valet greeted us and was very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. When we went to our room there was a small issue that was corrected quickly and we were even given a discount on our parking. The Nevermore (drink) was delicious and the food was impressive. The BEST part of our stay was Janice (executive chef) - she was WONDERFUL!!!!!!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge was exceptional. The location provided stunning views of the Charles River and easy access to both Boston and Cambridge. I loved this hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the city and the skyline view on the top floor was even better, I enjoyed the breakfast selections as well. If had to come complain, my complaint is I have yet to receive my deposit back, even after the calling the hotel.

Our room was clean, and the balcony overlooking the Charles was awesomeness! The restaurant service was horrible. We waited a very long time for our food, and when our food came out...we were missing one person's whole meal. The waiter never came back to check on us, so we saw the chef walking around and had to ask him for our missing meal. We will never go back to this restaurant.

Ok at best. No pool but top dollar prices. It was gross to see a rubber glove laying on the floor in the bathroom. Dining is out of control expensive. We definitely won’t be back again.
