Room was small, the city view wasn’t that great. No fridge or ice access available to guests. No access to the Rooftop. Comps and credits were cool, food was ok. Close to some restaurants and bars which was also cool & near the Boston common.

Stayed in a single King room, on the theatre side. Room size was small, but doable for 1 person. It would be a squeeze if you’re traveling with 2. No dresser, bureau, OR closet - that’s why multiple people would be a squeeze. You’re left with living out of your suitcase. If you have hang-able clothes, there are pegs along the wall (they do provide some hangers). Also no room fridge. Noise from the street is noticeable, but you get used it. Hotel is right next to Tufts hospital, so sirens are very normal. You can request a quieter room along the river if you prefer that.

4/5 only due to the noise. The hotel did have a sound machine, which I was thankful for… but the area is very noisy due to theaters and nightclubs in the area. It was our first trip to Boston and we were unfamiliar or else I would’ve probably booked elsewhere. Hotel was clean, staff was nice, location great as far as being close proximity to things. Only complaint was noise.

The view was outstanding from the 23rd floor. Will recommend the hotel. The second floor lobby and restaurant had nice decor and a great vibe. The restaurant/ bar needs to move to regular plates and glasses. Paper and plastic brings down the dining experience. Food and beverage service was very good otherwise.

One customer to a room, PLEASE!
The night before I was scheduled to check out, the hotel checked somebody in for my room. Having some stranger walk into my room at 11:30 at night was unsettling at best. The front desk admitted their error, but I did not get a good night sleep. Upper floors may have to contend with top floor lounge and band sounds.
