Great hotel. Very comfortable and cozy. Super quiet. T-Station 2 minute walk. Easy to go to Boston by rail or Uber. Really enjoyed the location. I would definitely stay again.

I have been staying at Porter Square for the past 4 years when I visit family in the area. The location is convenient, the restaurant is excellent. I was disappointed at the change in service where you now have to request to have your room serviced. Not sure why they made this change, I was surprised and disappointed by this change.

My room which I must have drawn the long straw was spacious. Room 411. 2 full bathrooms and a sitting area. The only negative, the bed was hard and the sheets were not soft. I usually like a hard mattress and rather hard than a soft one.

Be aware the rooms at this property are the absolute smallest rooms I have ever been in. We had a room with two small beds and barely have room to walk or turn around. The property itself is fine, clean, close to public transportation, but we were here two days, and the two beds were practically on top of each other with no other room. The bathroom was beyond small. The day when we checked in were extremely horrible providing us information we were looking for on how to take public transportation. The night staff gentleman that we dealt with two nights in a row was rude and dismissive

The property is well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable but the room was very small. There was no parking except for valet. The neighborhood was a little run down.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Porter Square hotel. Customer service was excellent from every single employee we came into contact with. Our only issue was that our room (315) was so small that we had trouble with both of us navigating around the room and bathroom.
