The AC did not work in the room. When I went down to speak with the front desk, I was casually told that it happens and MAYBE if I unplug it and replug it in that it would work….it didn’t. On top of that, they put me the room directly across from the elevator, stairs, ice machine and vending machine, but the door does not fit the frame, with gaps at top and bottom so you can hear EVERYTHING in the hall. I had to sleep with the TV on (remember, no ac so no fan) in order to help drown out the constant yelling up and down the hall from other patrons. So it was a hot and noisy night! I would never recommend this hotel.

The property was warm and humid and smelled of smoke, even in the non smoking room. Our sheets felt damp and cold when we went to bed, along with a smoky musty smell it was an uncomfortable sleep.

Walls too thin, all night long you could hear the vehicles go by. We could not sleep, had to turn on the Tv to drowned out the noise from the vehicles going by but did not work.
