my desire to stay here was the pool. through my searches via expedia.com all my filtering was on the pool. The hotel, knowing, that the pool had issues could have reached out or popped up an interstitial before/after booking. Otherwise, lovely staff, big room and a hot shower!

Modern hotel, friendly helpful staff in a convenient and attractive new part of Boston. Our only criticism was that when paying £600 a night you’d expect at least complimentary water in the rooms. Unfortunately on our stay there wasn’t enough water in the swimming pool to swim and the sauna was out of commission which was also disappointing.

Horrible Experience WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP.
Horrible experience. My stay at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel started off well, but it quickly turned into a disaster. On the second day, the hotel staff went on strike. There was no room cleaning, no room service, and the restaurant had no food for breakfast or dinner. For the $2,500 I spent on four nights, this was completely unacceptable. I expected far more from a hotel of this caliber, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I want my money back for what ended up being a horrible stay.
