ALMOST everything about the hotel was excellent. Spacious room, nicely laid out, comfortable, nice kitchen. The exercise room was better than the average hotel. Friendly staff. Even the service in reversing an incorrect charge was outstanding, and handled in just a few minutes. The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating was the extra $25 charge per day, which was not factored into the total price when I was comparing hotels. It feels a little deceptive when I am told at the time I am checking in, and have no other option. Remove it or make customers aware of it up front when they are searching hotels.

Very friendly desk staff (shout out to Doug) and the room was clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable to me. Breakfast was pretty common. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

I liked everything about our stay aside from the parking. Was told on arrival I’d be charged $15 a night for parking. No problem, it was convenient and parking in the area is hard to find. Checked out and we were charged $25 a night instead. A bit steep after what we paid for our stay. Marriot was dealing with a Nationwide outage when we checked out so we didn’t question it. But nonetheless, aside from the mixup with prices for parking, breakfast was delicious, room was clean and spacious, and everything was conveniently located not far from the hotel.
